Neisch is one of them although most variations only exist before the name was standardised some linger on. Early registrars in the case of relatively uncommon name would write it as they thought it was sounded. This spelling occured in the northern portion of Scotland. I can tell you from personal experience that people still want to add the "c" into my version.
