My branch of the family imigrated to Canada in around 1918 or so, and later moved to the U.S. On a trip to Scotland last year, I tried to find some record of my relatives remaining in Scotland, but I could only find death records of those who bore the combined name Grant Neish. Does anyone out there know of a surviving Grant Neish? They may have dropped the "Grant" as my family has, but they would originate from the Buckie area, and may use "Grant" as a middle name, as frequently happened in my family. | |
